Reflection Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the "Reflection" platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

• "Stock Tokens" refer to crypto tokens representing shares of stock.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing and using the Platform.
• "Reflection" refers to our company providing the Platform.

3. Registration and Account Security

3.1. Users must register and connect their crypto wallet to access certain features of the Platform. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for all activities occurring under their account.

4. Stock Tokens

4.1. Stock Tokens represent shares of stock and are backed by physical shares held by Reflection. Users may buy and sell Stock Tokens on the Platform.

4.2. Users understand that owning Stock Tokens does not provide them with voting rights or dividends associated with the underlying stocks.

4.3. Stock token balances will be adjusted for splits or reverse splits in the associated underlying stock.

5. User Obligations

5.1. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.

5.2. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and for ensuring that it remains up to date.

6. Risks and Disclaimers

6.1. Cryptocurrency investments, including Stock Tokens, carry risks. Users should carefully consider these risks before investing.

6.2. Reflection is not responsible for any loss, damage, or unforeseen consequences of using the Platform.

7. Transactions and Fees

7.1. Users may incur fees when buying or selling Stock Tokens. Specifically, or each order:

• Users may pay a commission; the commission is visible on the Trade screen
• We may collect TDS on behalf of the Indian government, as required by law ; the TDS is visible on the Trade screen
• When buying a stock token, users may pay a higher price than they would pay when buying the associated stock on an electronic brokerage platform. The stock token price is always visible on the Trade screen before a trade is entered.

8. Privacy

8.1. The collection and use of personal information are subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, users consent to thePrivacy Policy.

9. Termination

9.1. Reflection reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. If an account is terminated, the user will have the opportunity cash out their stock tokens, unless it is determined that the stock tokens were purchased as part of a scheme to launder money or defraud.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1. Reflection may update these Terms and Conditions as needed, and users will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with local regulations.
